Yes, anytime from your CartPinger dashboard. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading keeps Pro active until the end of the current billing period, then returns to Free — your data stays intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, via Lemon Squeezy (VAT MoSS handled for EU customers). Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record, so invoices include the correct VAT for your country automatically.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — 14-day no-questions-asked refund on your first payment. Email info@cartpinger.com and we process it the same business day.
Do I need to provide my own WhatsApp Business Account?
Yes. CartPinger uses your Meta credentials so you stay in control of the messaging. We provide a setup wizard and a 15-minute video walkthrough to make it easy. Most stores are up and running in under 20 minutes.
